Suspended users may lose access to historical tracking data.

Appeals may be sent to support@adomobi.com, but reinstatement is at our sole discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

AdoMobi is not liable for:

Platform-based disapprovals or ad account suspensions
Losses due to third-party systems or downtime
Indirect or consequential damages
Affiliate or partner errors

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AdoMobi, its employees, and its directors harmless from claims arising due to your breach of these Terms, violations of advertising or privacy laws, or unauthorized use of AdoMobi domains, systems, or assets.
